1. Parties & Scope

• These Terms govern your use of lexroindia.com and orders placed with SPAARHA TRENDZ PRIVATE LIMITED (Brand: LEXRO, GST: 29ABQCS0173C1Z8). Contact: Info@lexroindia.com, +91 8500093233.

2. Ordering & Acceptance

• Place orders via lexroindia.com. Orders are accepted after payment confirmation and order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

3. Responsibility for Uploaded Content

• You represent and warrant you own the rights to uploaded logos/designs and that they do not infringe third-party rights or violate law. LEXRO is not liable for infringement claims arising from your uploads.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices shown at checkout apply. Taxes (GST) and shipping charges will be applied at checkout. Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card details.

5. Production & Lead Times

• Standard B2C production & dispatch: 7–14 days from order confirmation (may vary). Bulk/B2B/B2I orders require a separate quote and longer lead times. Delays due to weather, courier problems, or force majeure may occur.

6. Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellations or order changes may be accepted only prior to production start. Contact support immediately at Info@lexroindia.com or +91 8500093233. Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Exchanges and returns are not allowed. For any delivery issues (damage or wrong item), contact support immediately — we will review on a case-by-case basis. (See Return Policy for process.)

8. Delivery & Shipping

• Shipping policy governs delivery. LEXRO is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, extreme weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEXRO’s liability for any claim arising from products or services is limited to the price paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
