1. Overview

  • LEXRO ships across India from lexroindia.com. For bulk institutional or corporate orders (B2B / B2I) shipping terms will be agreed in the bulk order quote.

2. Fulfilment Timeframes

  • B2C standard orders: 7–14 days from order confirmation to dispatch.
  • Bulk / B2B / B2I orders: lead times provided in the quote (usually longer).
  • These timelines are estimates and may change due to high demand, production complexity, courier delays, or force majeure.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on weight, dimensions, and the selected courier. Free shipping offers (if any) will be shown at checkout.

4. Tracking & Delivery

  • After dispatch you will receive a tracking number via Email or SMS. Use it to track delivery with the courier. Delivery times after dispatch depend on courier network and destination.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Ensure the shipping address is accurate. LEXRO is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply for address corrections or re-shipment.

6. Lost Shipments & Shortages

  • If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact support with order details. We will contact with the courier on your behalf.

7. Customs & Taxes

  • All orders are shipped within India. Any local taxes or fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout. For institutional or export orders, additional duties/taxes may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility.

8. Force Majeure & Delays

  • LEXRO is not liable for shipping delays caused by events outside our control (extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, courier disruptions, etc.). We will communicate expected delays to affected customers.

9. Bulk Orders & Special Delivery

  • Bulk/B2B/B2I orders may require pallet shipping or scheduled delivery. Delivery terms (incoterms, unloading, and timing) will be included in the bulk order agreement.
