Important: Exchanges and returns are not allowed.

1. No Returns or Exchanges (Standard Policy)

  • Due to the customized nature of printed products (logos, names, bespoke designs), LEXRO does not accept returns or exchanges for standard reasons such as “change of mind” or sizing preferences.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Exceptional Cases)

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact Info@lexroindia.com or call +91 8500093233 within 24 hours of delivery with:
    • Order number, photos of the issue, and a short description.
    • And uncut unboxing video is required.
  • Our team will investigate and may request the item be returned for inspection. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing or shipping error, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

3. How to File a Claim

  • Email Info@lexroindia.com with subject “Order Issue — [Order Number]” and include photos, uncut video and details. We will acknowledge and respond with next steps.

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds (if authorised) are made to the original payment method after investigation. Replacements may take additional production/shipping time.

5. Proof & Evaluation

  • All defect claims are subject to evaluation. LEXRO reserves the right to deny claims if evidence is insufficient or if the damage is caused by customer misuse after delivery.

6. Customized Content Responsibility

  • Verify uploaded logos/designs and proofs before production. We are not responsible for errors in designs provided by customers.
